About us

Between us we have founded small businesses, arranged funding for them, and helped them to grow. We have been involved in several flotations (market cap of one now £65m) and sold others in trade sales. We have years of experience as quoted PLC and private company directors.

We offer highly relevant and experienced support at Board level working as NEDs and/or as consultants in our specialist areas.

We work in Surrey, Hampshire and London. Following a successful turnaround assignment, we are looking for new clients  -  preferably in Surrey or Hampshire. • Ian has a Cambridge MA in Physics/Maths and an MBA from Harvard and MIT.
• He is a founder of Alphameric plc, and of Neural Technologies Ltd.
• He has eight years experience as a quoted plc director and has been consulting for 17 years.

Ken Smith BA CA

• Ken is a graduate Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience of the IT Industry and the City.
• He worked for Deloittes in Glasgow and Nairobi before becoming FD of Alphameric plc.
• He has been consulting for 11 years, and acts as FD for a number of companies.
